Handmade from sterling silver, 22k gold, & 18k gold, Astrea is clothed in golden stars and 8 diamonds. Her face is carved from a recycled piano key and delicately scrimshawed by hand. The necklace is reversible - showing the stone on the back - with a sterling silver chain and golden bail. It is said that she will herald in the next Golden Age and bring a new Renaissance to the world. Symbolizing the starry fire of creative passion, Astrea inspires us to our highest potential and reminds us that our soul too can reach the stars. She measures 2.5" by 1.8".

Each goddess necklace is signed on the bottom by the artist and includes a beautiful double-rope sterling silver chain. The standard chain length is 18" but can be substituted for 16", 20" or 24." A solid 14k gold chain can be included for an additional cost.
Astrea has the most detail I’ve ever created in a piece, and I think of her as truly my masterwork. She is based on Alphonse Mucha’s painting “the Zodiac,” and I am actually one of only two jewelers worldwide licensed by the Mucha family to recreate their grandfather’s work. As Mucha is my favorite artist of all time, I am honored to carry on his legacy today.
