In these days of the anonymous internet, it seems that everyone expects the instant shipping and vast customers resources of Amazon. I’m just one woman running an entire jewelry shop by myself, and while I try my utmost to provide impeccable customer service and fast shipping, I’m only human. I make all of this by hand, by myself. Be please kind. Be please respectful. I reserve the right to protect myself and terminate service to anyone who treats me with hostility.

Production Time

As every necklace is completely handmade, it can sometimes take a few weeks to create a piece, so please order well in advance of your desired arrival date. You can always contact me at info@kellymorgen.com to see if your necklace is in stock or you have a specific date in mind.

Domestic Shipping

I go to my local post office every Monday & Tuesday to wait in line and drop off packages. I use USPS Priority Mail small flat boxes, which take 1 - 4 business days to arrive and fit securely in your mailbox. I will send you your tracking number soon after your purchase so you can follow its progress.

Domestic Insurance

Insurance is now included with every purchase up to $1500. I strongly recommend adding additional insurance if your necklace has a higher value! That way, in the unlikely event that it is lost in the mail, you will either get a full refund or a replacement necklace after USPS reimburses me. If you do not purchase insurance, I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. (Please note that insurance does not cover mail theft: if the package is stolen off your porch or mailbox, USPS will not pay you back). You agree to these terms by purchasing.

International Shipping

I currently offer $95 international FedEx Global Express shipping to anywhere in the world. There are no customs or duty fees with this service. It’s the fastest shipping you can buy, but due to Covid, even this service is delayed, so it may take up to several weeks to get your necklace. Because of the uncertain nature of global shipping right now, I am not responsible for items lost in the mail overseas. You agree to these terms by purchasing.

Returns

As each of my necklaces are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges accepted. Please be sure of your decision before purchasing.
