The concept of shrines - small altars built to clear energy and purify a space, and often dedicated to a particular goddess or symbol - has pervaded many a culture and still lingers within modern day, in the forms of church icons, or even spaces where we relax and feel at home. Made from solid sterling silver, each shrine folds up into a portable, hinged box that can later swing back open, to clear a new space or simply decorate a beloved corner of a home. Measuring 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall, these tiny altars are filled with hundreds of details and vivid symbolism through layers of handcrafted silver and gold.
