How can I contact you?

Please send me an email at Kelly.Morgen@gmail.com with any questions I haven't answered below, or on my cell at (415)596-9006.

What are the prices of your jewelry? I would love one of your pieces!

Please click the "Purchasing" link above for more information about pricing and how to own my one-of-a-kind art.

What is the white stuff you use for the faces and bodies of the women in your necklaces? Is it enamel?

The white material is actually a recycled antique piano key! To find out more and see necklaces in progress, please visit About the Necklaces.

How big are your necklaces?

You will find their dimensions listed on their page. Be sure to scroll all the way down!

I'm looking for a specific goddess. Do you have her in stock?

Check my goddess index, where you can see every single goddess I've made! If she's not listed, I haven't made her yet, but I'm always welcome to suggestions or custom orders. I try to do as much research as I can, but I often miss extremely interesting goddess who are overlooked by current mythology books or anthologies.

What is your background in jewelry?

I was trained in Florence, Italy by a master goldsmith, where I learned all the essentials of metalsmithing. I then completed my studies under the tutelage of Cherokee silversmith and shaman Heyoka Merrifield, while living in rural Montana. I craft every single element of every piece by hand, following the ancient artisan methods of the famous Italian jewelers and my own ideas and inspirations. I use only the most precious of metals (sterling silver and 18k gold) in my work, as I feel this creates a much more powerful piece. Each piece is a unique and original work of art that can never be duplicated, and so will last a lifetime. For more information, please see About the Necklaces.

Can you make me a custom necklace/goddess/ring/shrine/crown?

I certainly can! Please check out my Custom Jewelry page.

How long does it take to make a piece?

A loooong time. Because I insist on creating every aspect of my jewelry myself, from the design to the final polish, I often have pieces on my bench for weeks at a time. It's especially difficult during the summer, when I attend shows almost every weekend and then rebuild my inventory during the week. If you're looking to order in time for a birthday or Christmas, a month or more in advance notice is highly recommended.

Where do you show your work? Do you give private showings at your studio?

I show my work in a variety of fine art festivals and galleries throughout the United States. You can view my show schedule here and my wonderful galleries here. I am also happy to meet individually with clients in a local Starbucks (or independent coffee shop, if you insist). Unfortunately, my "studio" is little more than an 8' x 10,' highly disorganized cubicle filled with all sorts of dangerous metallic instruments and acid. I currently live in both San Rafael and Mountain View, so if you're ready to purchase a piece, contact me to arrange a private meeting. If you're still not sure exactly which goddess is right for you, visit one of my shows instead to talk with me. Calls and emails welcome, too!

Do you teach any jewelry lessons?

My jewelry career was made possible by the incredibly generous apprenticeship offered by my teacher Heyoka Merrifield. I have eventual plans to repay this debt by teaching apprentices in the future; however, at the moment, I am still struggling to find time in my life to run a full-time business and maintain some semblance of a social life. I will keep you updated.

I live in a foreign, exotic country... like Canada. Can you ship my piece to me?

I sure can. Whether you live on the sandy beaches of Hawaii, the romantic moors of English countryside, or anywhere I secretly wished I lived myself, your piece will reach you.
